The Kremlin’s recalcitrant comments indicate the Trump administration’s whirlwind diplomacy has yielded little in the way of results.

“We agree to security guarantees as long as they’re not guarantees”

How much more obvious can they make it that they want to invade all of Ukraine and that they see a “peace deal” as only a way to facilitate that?

Russia is the bully that got their stupid face kicked in and now wants special rights so it can continue bullying weaker kids and not get their stupid face kicked in.

    Classic.

“We pinky winky promise not to invade again, but don’t have Western troops stationing on your territories just in case we’ll invade again”.

I hope Lavrov and Putin drown in a pile of shit.

Trump admin tried twice to force Russian deal onto Ukraine…

They are trying for a third time with a bit of better PR but the bones of the de are the same: ukraine must surrender.

US keep hoping ukraine capabilities are degraded enough and they are working to ensure that ukraine doesn’t get enough of anything. So in 1-2 years ukraine will have to accept this deal or worse.

Pretty sure Putin doesn’t have another couple years in the tank. Especially if Europe can put pressure on China and India.

Not an expert but I think you’re not invited to meetings about how to stop you from doing more war crimes
