I have the local jobcentre as my registered address as when I’m back in the UK I live between my van and various Travelodge for work. Am I homeless? No

It’s like calling them 'casual denim trousers ’ instead of ‘jeans’. Why say lot word when few word do trick?
NFA doesn’t mean on the streets.
Live in a van? NFA
Couchsurfer? NFA
It just means they aren’t registered at an address, such as being on the electoral role.
