I love that one of his orders boils down to “Finish what Biden started.”
That’s so surprising and counter-intuitive, he must have some other reason to have done this; something that benefits him personally.
Usually his MO is to reverse Biden’s actions out of spite, so either he was unaware of Biden’s actions on this or someone paid him a bunch of money.
