Disco Elysium was bought? They will probably inject it with microtransactions and some other bs. Anyway… playing that game was a rollercoaster of emotions.
It’s almost always not an issue with the money, just bad product/service and the selling of private data. If a company would be genuine and honest in their service I would stay with them until I die.
I have used Rustdesk on Arch and it works fine, it is just that on MacOS is buggy. Granted the Mac is old so it might work on newer ones, works fine on Windows too. Thanks for your recommendation anyway!
The Rustdesk MacOS client has been buggy on my Grandmother’s computer, on my end (Arch) it works flawlessly even though support for Wayland is experimental, so yes I need something that is cross-platform. I left out details on purpose thinking it was best no to be too verbose, I’ll edit the post now for clarification. Thank you
Oh wow lots of recommendations, thank you all!
I did not know about auto-load new snapshots, thank you!
Oh Man this looks perfect for Arch users who are interested in NixOS way of doings things but will not be willing to leave Arch.
Maybe you are missing a KDE package?
For most cases I use fzf and rg. Its super fast.
Firefox and forks have Wayland support (MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1) by default since version 121 or so.
Could we know what was your distro?
My full journey was Ubuntu, Manjaro, Debian, Arch. I would still consider myself a noob but know I don’t break stuff as often.
I do not know how to solve your problem but I suggest posting to c/voidlinux or their subreddit which should have more people capable to help.
Hell yeah! I run Lineage OS on my phone, Arch on my pc, and stopped using Reddit and other too.
They know some people can’t afford it, they just do not care.
