I was considering deleting this because of some reports but you know what? Miles O’Brien has a point, the post stands. Carry on and thank you for your service to Starfleet.
53·4 months agoThe RAM in demand is DDR5. The price of older RAM might be driven up somewhat because more people are buying older computers due to the price increases, but I doubt buying refurbs just to harvest the RAM would be commercially viable.
Rule 2 is still in place, the posts have been removed, and the user was cautioned against posting picture only posts.
It was enforced, I’ve just been busy. We appreciate the reports that include which rule was violated and how!

They can both be drivers of inequality, but the billionaire bullshit is by far the greater kick in the nuts.
Yeah, my parents go on regular vacations all over the world, have redone their kitchen THREE times in the last decade (along with every room of their entire 3000 sq ft house), and can’t be bothered to help me out when I encounter a major expense.
I don’t know what they think is going to happen when they are too old to take care of themselves, but I can barely afford to take care of my immediate family so there’s no way in hell I could support them too. Hope they set aside some of those fat stacks of cash for a nursing home because my retirement plan is dying poor at my workdesk (or on the street if I become too old to work).
When it becomes a direct mild inconvenience, people will be fed up, maybe.

They aren’t: This is 100% state dependent. Some states have extremely permissive laws allowing you to carry anything from a switchblade to a greatsword if you want.
