i’m from russia, so i do know it, but not as well as i used to since it’s been about 12 years.

i was 9. a year later, we moved to the u.s.
I have been speaking english for 13 years now and people say i’m fluent (though idk if my level is native yet even as a russian-american)

yeah! in Russia, it’s said as «что это значит?» or directly “what it means?”
what if it’s “Cool.” over text? it seems fine to me but people have gotten similar responses saying it’s passive-aggressive.
