It’s not really “elderly”. He just never matured from the “child” stage, and those mental states can be pretty similar in some regards.
79 years old is elderly, and he clearly has dementia.
I realize that. But it helps when thinking about the behavior, as what I said is also true. He’s elderly and still a child at the same time.
