This is far from the truth, we at Microsoft have chosen to make strategic, big picture, indifferent, and apolitical decisions that align us with specific political groups that are responsible for genocide and many other atrocities.
If we don’t help nation states shoot children in the face with a CAR-15 when they try to gather aid, some other international company with large government security cleared cloud datacenters will step in to take our place.
