The 2018 farm bill was a piece of Trump legislation, it was a money thing.
I thought it was a McConnell thing.
It was an accidental thing, from what I understand, they did not intend that farm bill to spawn the industry that it did.
That implies they’re too stupid to legislate the thing they are trying to and should just withold from legislation.
