Do you think the UK should’ve won the War of 1812 or the UK should’ve won the American Revolutionary War altogether? Also, do you think this country would be better off under socialism/communism (like in “Reds! A Revolutionary Timeline”), and do you think I should study socialist/communist theory a bit more? If so, do you have anything short from RedSails that I can study (using Cowbee’s method of taking each paragraph and boiling down to simple terms and such which is a pretty good and easy study method, to be honest)?
I can’t answer any of your questions unfortunately. I don’t know what repercussions the UK winning the war of 1812 would bring but my uneducated knee-jerk opinion would be that I think North America would have been better off as individual colonies turned countries rather than massive states. I think an EU style system with much smaller countries would have prevented what the US became. But again, that’s just my uneducated opinion and I haven’t put a lot of thought into it
