Ймовірно, йдеться про вузол дроблення та пересипки вугілля - ключовий елемент паливоподачі для теплової електроцентралі.
Додатковий індикатор - відсутність пари з димових труб. Станом на сьогодні це може свідчити про те, що ТЕЦ не працює або перебуває в режимі зупинки.
