I actually got a book that disputes that narrative, arguing that it was likely something even more embarrassing like him falling inside his bathroom, due to the fact that apparently the killer chair was never found, that there are conflicting stories, and weirdly inconsistent testimonies Edit: went to see the Wikipedia article, they do have this dispute mentioned.
