Sharts and puking excluded from this question, I mean warm gaseous emissions only, do we gain or lose weight?

For weight loss purposes, you actually lose the weight by breathing. O2 in C02 out. You’re constantly shedding carbon. Does breath count as warm gaseous emissions?

I guess warm breath rises, you can see it in winter when your breath is visible.

However, co2 is not present as a gas in your body, but bound to hemoglobin, so I think it only becomes a gas again in your lungs. Same as farts only forming “outside” your body in your intestines.
