Maybe it’s just tge perspective, but it looks like you could unscrew it, move the fridge in and then put it back in.

  Even that’s not necessary. OP just put the wrong corner in first. Put the left side in first and rotate the right side in.

    You can swap the hinges on most fridges so the doors open the other direction
