Both this case and the E. Jean Carrol cases were New York state, so . . . what am I missing?
From my understanding, he can file the appeal but it won’t go anywhere unless the amount plus 10% is paid.
I read earlier today that it’s just “intent to appeal”, so nothingburger at this point
