China and Russia have 2nd and 3rd navies in the world by tonnage and 1st and 2nd by number of vessels. PLAN is the most modern navy in the world with most of its vessels build in the last 2 decades. All three countries have advanced weapons USA don’t even have like hypersonic missiles and supercavitating torpedoes.
