” Make no mistake about that, and make no mistake about this: They are coming after Donald Trump with the same tactics, tools and strategies they used to put me over there today,” he continued.

You are correct. Freedom loving people are using the tactic of putting people in jail when they commit crimes. And that applies to both you and Donald Trump.

One foolproof hack against this tactic is no not commit felonies.

Gosh, this is so complicated. Are there guidelines of some sort to adhere to? Preferably a picture book.

Tonight I’m going to sleep in my warm bed in my house. Navarro is going to sleep tonight on a cot in a cell. No amount of playing the victim to cameras will change those facts. I am going to smile falling to sleep tonight thinking about that.

Wow. Even fox news told the painfully obvious truth for thirty seconds.

Don’t strain anything, fox news. Go easy.

They’re afraid of another lawsuit. If they get sued for pushing lies related to the same topic the Dominion suit was about it’s likely to cost them more than that one did.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Fox News cut away from a press conference former Trump White House adviser Peter Navarro was giving to fact check claims he was making before he reported to prison for a four-month sentence in connection with his refusal to comply with a congressional subpoena.

Navarro also claimed he was the “first senior White House adviser in the history of our republic that has ever been charged with this alleged crime.”

As the network cut away from Navarro’s press conference, Fox anchor Sandra Smith said “to fact-check there.

It is no longer an alleged crime that he’ll be serving this four-month sentence for.”

Navarro was convicted last year of two counts of contempt of Congress for failing to produce documents related to the House investigation into the Jan. 6 attack and skipping his deposition before the committee that conducted the probe.

Fox is the top-watched cable news channel and employs a number of opinion hosts and contributors who are vocally supportive of Trump and his allies.

I seriously thought this was an Onion article with those words in the same headline.
