For the 32nd year, the entire world voted at the UN General Assembly to demand an end to the illegal US embargo against Cuba. The USA and Israel opposed the international community in a vote of 187 to 2.
so then its fully okay for you if its the us thats to be broken then, thanks for admitting it. and after breaking the omlettes eater’s own eggs for him to consume there’s then a chance that no omlettes need to be made any more.
a chance of improvement is always better than no chance for it.
i meant improving society and strengthen its immune system against threats that would otherwise cause collapses. imperiums cause and collapse/vanish all the time, just try to count the already vanished ones in “known” history, i guess while you are still busy counting the known ones there will be even more “newly found” by archaelogists. while lots of them just vanished without trace, some vanished but just weren’t found yet.
When we discuss the terms ‘front’ and ‘rear’ it must be remembered, that while guerrillas do have bases, their primary field of activity is in the enemy’s rear areas. They themselves have no rear.
The guerilla must move among people as a fish swims in the sea. While you say we only face poor outcomes, I see this as a strategic opportunity. I’m in the enemy’s rear, in the heart of its operations. Right where I need to be.
“power vacuum” is when all the filth was vacuumed and there is a chance.
that chance vanishes when filth starts piling up again and someone else gets into power, creating the need to vacuum again.
i’ld rather like it tidy and clean than filth-controlled.
Yes, a controlled dismantlement would be better than collapse, and proletarian revolution would be best, but currently there’s not much prospects for either of those, so:
“There were two “Reigns of Terror,” if we would but remember it and consider it; the one wrought murder in hot passion, the other in heartless cold blood; the one lasted mere months, the other had lasted a thousand years; the one inflicted death upon ten thousand persons, the other upon a hundred millions; but our shudders are all for the “horrors” of the minor Terror, the momentary Terror, so to speak; whereas, what is the horror of swift death by the axe, compared with lifelong death from hunger, cold, insult, cruelty, and heart-break? What is swift death by lightning compared with death by slow fire at the stake? A city cemetery could contain the coffins filled by that brief Terror which we have all been so diligently taught to shiver at and mourn over; but all France could hardly contain the coffins filled by that older and real Terror—that unspeakably bitter and awful Terror which none of us has been taught to see in its vastness or pity as it deserves.”
― Mark Twain, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court
In some ways, maybe. But I think a destruction of the US would also cause a lot of problems.
Can’t make an omelette without breaking a few eggs!

Empires can not be improved, they can only collapse or be destroyed.

Is what people say, until they are the egg that is to be broken.
I’m trans in a red state. I am not safe.
I just recognize that the US is a blight and must be destroyed, and that one candidate is more likely to result in the US’s defeat.
That’s more of a silver lining, though.
I sincerely hope for you, that the candidate thats worse for the us wont win.
And i continue to hope youll be safe someday.
I hope you have a gun.
Fortunately i am not american
good for you, now plz help others to achieve the same level of security 😉
Count your blessings!
if you live in an unsafe country, its maybe better for you to flee before it gets even worse.
I’m in the heart of the empire.
I’m right where I need to be.
we already know what happens to those in the center. poor ones, poor in their mind, poor in their heart, poor in their outcome.
To quote Mao:
The guerilla must move among people as a fish swims in the sea. While you say we only face poor outcomes, I see this as a strategic opportunity. I’m in the enemy’s rear, in the heart of its operations. Right where I need to be.
All countries are unsafe with US.
Tell that to the power vacuum left behind after…

That’s called multipolarity.
