I save up a 50ml shot glass full of ABV and dump it all into a small blender quart sized smoothie when the time comes.

Strawberry yogurt, fresh strawberry, frozen banana, vanilla icecream, and a scoop of peanut butter, and your prefered kind of milk. These ingredients do nicely to mask the ABV taste and get the liquid slosh down the gullet easy.

I didn’t measure how many Gs of abv but I estimate about 10g of ABV was used I’ll try to scale it if I make this kind of post in the future.

I appreciate the utilitarian function of recycling the ABV to get high again but I don’t miss it. Almost all of mine gets composted to help raise future generations. On a very rare occasion I might make concentrate from a big batch of ABV to use in topicals, but not often. It’s almost always converted back to dirt lol.

I never considered composting the ABV, thats very interesting! What kind of composting bin situation you got going on? Im a lazy mf who throws scraps in the back garden and lets nature do the rest. I hope to one day be in a good position to cut out the middle man like you :) Im utilitarian by nature so it gives me some dopamine just knowing I paid for the full bud and got as much value as I possibly could from it.

some people in my life are getting more in pain to the point over the counter painkillers/topicals dont cut it anymore. The abv oil is a great way to get a bit of the good pain relief stuff in their life without any extra cost.

Right now im so high man, edibles are awesome.

Thanks for sharing your perspective FrostyTrichs! :)

A friend gave me the idea actually, I was using it or giving it away for years before I started composting it. All I use is half of a wooden barrel with a hole in the bottom of it. I dump all my ABV and yerba mate leftovers into the barrel every day and mix it around/add water sometimes. After a couple weeks it’s more or less dirt again lol. Sometimes I mix it into recycled soil, sometimes I use it as is. Just depends on what’s being done.
