If you are using KDE Plasma, then you should be able to install
firewalldorufwfor the firewall, andplasma-firewallfor having GUI firewall settings on Plasma settings.If you dislike

Nope, they are separate packages. Although installing
gufwwould trigger the install ofufwfor obvious reasons.
