    The executive doesn’t have this much power but after rigging the supreme court, and stacking the House and Senate with majority R politicians all the mechanisms for controlling that power aren’t being used and over reaches are being ignored. Not that we don’t need am overhaul for many other reasons, just that this isn’t how it’s suppose to function.

      I’d argue that the fact that it’s even possible for the executive branch to gain this much power means it had too much power to begin with.
