I find it alot more intuitive than finale. Been years since I used it seriously, but the layout used to remind of ms word. Menus and options were where you expect them to be. I’m not sure the keyboard shortcuts are as good as finales out of the box, but they can be set to be really good.

The only coding I’ve done has been via json for raspberry pi, 3d printer, and homeassistant applications.
I know it’s a text base language, but how do it’s commands relate to integers? I’ve used boolean, I get that bit.
Speedy west is basically the gold standard for pedal steel guitar. Pretty much everytime you hear Hawaiian steel in a movie or something it’s him.

As far as covers go, it’s new it’s creative, and would still sound good if you’d never heard the dire straits. I dig it man.
Fun fact: Mark Knopfler, the lead guitarist from the Dire Straits is also a pretty incredible classic country musician. He’s put out at least a couple albums playing with Chet Atkins, on account of their similar fingerpicking styles.
