I just do what I did and make an account on feddit.nl or somewhere else that has the most big ones federated with it. I can see everything from hexbears to blahaj. Even .world.

I’ve been using soulseek for like 20 years and it’s awesome. You don’t have to be logged on constantly, never had an issue with it before, basically only turn my computer on if I want to download something.

Not sure about the VPN, but I don’t think it’ll matter.
