With an llc and enough contracts, sure. Have “investors” pay into some cooperative to buy land/startup, then everyone is somehow working for that co-op which pays for everything?

I dont think so, but If you think it has, contact JAG. Went to lookup if they have hotline, CAL GAURD JAG was apparently a trending search…
no hotline but front desk # for CAL GAURD JAG is 916-854-3505
not the same thing but UCMJ reports and legal questions are JAG’s bread and butter
I would say a teacher would just shrug, and shake thier head in quizzical abjacet disappointment and move on, but im sure thier sad, because you know there is some module or homework that must be done on that chromebook that id it doesn’t get done the teacher will get in troublem
If it quacks like a duck, if it walks like a duck, maybe, just maybe its a duck. They will still give some political grace saying its jot PC to call him a nazi even if he starts calling tump “mein fuher”, starts preaching mein kampf, and starts building oddly large ovens.
I agree, people disagree, seriously, I don’t care about the tweering stuff, but, say I gather 20-50 people and hold a demonstration at what, city hall? State Capitol? My local, and stae government wont change. So what am I supposed to do? go to a republican state and cause aimless mayhem? Am I supposed to take a semester off from college and work with the funds I do not have to travel to D.C. and what call for him to step down? His impeachment? Better accountability? He wont, his party wont.
What’s needed is not a protests, not a demonstration, not even a riot could seemingly change this. Realistically it would need to be a revolution. and Realistically people living paycheck to paycheck are not highly motivated to throw away thier life so they can risk thier life to start a “revolution”
I think another point is hope, even if people start large protests, riots, etc. What can it achieve, who will achieve it? Short of a full revolution, will anything have an effect?
Trump wont step down even if the country is alight, with republicans in power in senate they wont impeach or muzzle trump.
Any sort of protests needs ro have a goal, something you can imagine it will achieve. If you cant picture anything postive coming from it, why would you want to?
1% or less.
They probably wont nullify the 2 term limit, can’t easily go back and after trump, will there be a democrat monarch?
He wants fame and wealth, he will burn everything to get it. In this term he will burn the most of the bridges with his backers.
His actions will accelerate the victory or death of his backers. Either his backers wont need him or cant back him, so he probably will get waning support.
He may not live until the end of his term, let alone a third.
He is too prideful, he wont bow to being a VP and will pull something that will sabotage the president on ticket.
U.S.A. or the world may be destroyed in the next 5 or so years.
He will try at least 1 coup this term, i’d be suprised if it wasn’t more. He will fail and/or drag the nation to civil war in the process. He doesn’t have the backing of the army and not all states are under him
For any of these reasons or a combination therof, makes him serving a third term highly, highly unlikely.
That is for employment/workers, not housing. Under equal opertunity employment you cannot discriminate agianst someone 40 or over.
For fair housing, you must not discriminate, such as refuse familys with minor children, except in a number of cases,
one being if 80% of the dwellings units must have at least one occupant who is 55 years of age or older and the community is made and operates as a 55+ place.
Exactly I had difficulty finding content and any “guide” or anything I seemed to find was too confusing or not practical for me. I don’t use Twitter, blue sky, or mastadon regularly but when I checked them all out, blue sky was the best in all round; “Ease of use” and “easy to find content”
I was going to reply with this. This is exactly one of the problems. I didn’t have a Twitter, but I wanted to join mastadon. I had to find a way to access it, and an instance to sign up on. In theory it’s good but for a new user it can be difficult to sign up.
Then ofc the difficulty of finding content, there is content, but part of the no frills meant most of the stuff I saw wasn’t in English (I am a mon-english speaker) and it was tricky to figure out how to juat get English content let alone content I was interested in.
Regulation? In the U.S.? Laws aren’t just made by anyone you know. /Joke Seriously, I don’t think this law is a huge step to solving the issue but American Corporate lobbyist will spin something like this as the second coming of the USSR. Actually that’s been the strategy for just about everything. We do have wayy to many people that’d rather see the country implode then, (oh no) compromise or (aghast) do something good for everyday folks.
Fair, that’s the part where I think a parent needs to have the will and authority to say no to their kid, but I understand that can be difficult. This may do some good but as I am sure some loopholes will form and it doesn’t forbid ads 100%, it wont stop Fast Food ads. Even if fast food wasn’t directly advertised, I believe there is more factors, like the availability of healthy options, many families don’t have the time or money to make good healthy meals. This law is a good thing, but I personally don’t see it as a huge win, just a patch that will be touted to solve problems it doesn’t address.
As I said, I think availability and awareness are as big of factors. I 100% believe most Europeans have better access to healthier foods then many americans. Granted ads may spur kids to bug thier parents but if parents did better at saying no, and could give thier kids better options. I think it’s not just a personal responsibility but a communal, a government responsibility to ensure access to information and food are available. When no better options are made available, there is a problem.
lol, collect calls all over agian
I mean they will just plug in something different or find a loophole, would playing the Mmm hmm mm? and a big M be a fast food commercial? We aren’t going to see less ads, just different ones.
Eh? Ads may play a part, but options and parent education are more important. I see people not realizing how bad junk food is for thier kids, don’t have many options or simply dont care.
A kid can see an ad, but a kid can’t buy it. It’s up to the parents to be telling thier kid no, and giving them healthier options. Far better will be Informing parents better strategies on feeding thier kids and ensuring healthy options are readily available.
As long as parents think a cup of soda everyday is fine for thier kid and healthy options are prohibitively expensive (Monetarily or time), we will get nowhere.
Seems not so much a “tik-tok problem” but example of a 21st century fad.
Fads, crazes, etc. have come and gone. Something able become a nationwide fad overnight is a product of the internet.
Reminds me of what the allies did in WW2. From halftracks with loudspeakers and firecrackers to rubber tanks and empty tents. Decoys can be very effective, hope they are working well.
The rose gardes deco has gotten controversy, but a green space seems way better then drab concrete. Such a tall flagpole wont even be seen in press conferences. I bet he got stuck in some mud and got mad, and the flag pole is a vain attempt to say hes got a huge pole…
