Europe experienced a “brain drain” for quite a few years to the US. I suspect that a lot of talented US citizens will be looking at the rest of the world to set up home, careers and families.

I am not convinced he did enough of the correct cardio. Running is one thing. Doing explosive intervals and 20s full on / 20s off interval exercises are nauseating, but certainly would have given him a better tank.
