Say no to authoritarianism, say yes to socialism. Free Palestine 🇵🇸 Everyone deserves Human Rights
I hope to see more of these kinds of attempts to break the genocidal blockade
It’s the same thing as legacy media using WordPress to host their site. There is no legitimate reason to not allow these news sites because they use substack, it’s just to repress what they’re reporting
With this ‘deal’ Israel would no doubt continue it’s genocidal campaign after 7 days once the hostages are out. And once they are, they would certainly ramp it up even more than the current death and starvation campaign is
Drop Site News and Zeteo do some of the best reporting these days
There are others, but I’d say these are the top in terms of credibility, investigative journalism, and reliability
That said, it’s still best practice to cross verify reporting

I think Good E-reader on YouTube has the most in depth reviews to find the one you’re looking for
I know you are a Zionist from our previous chats, but I absolutely support going through any of these books with a critical lens. Do your best to try to find inaccuracies or prove what they say wrong, don’t forget to look into the sources they reference throughout the books.
Use Anna’s Archive to find them all for free, some I have already found full editions available online

No, that’s shitty hasbara.
Israeli strikes killed six Palestinian guards protecting aid trucks on Friday, as they were being attacked by looters, in what appears to be the latest coordination between the army and local gangs.
According to Anadolu Agency, the six were killed and others wounded in Deir al-Balah while attempting to “secure the arrival of aid trucks to international organisation warehouses in the city”.
Armed individuals began attacking the aid trucks to loot the supplies, local media reported. As security forces tried to repel the assailants and safeguard the aid, Israeli warplanes launched strikes in the area.
Civilians were also targeted during the intense bombardment. Ambulance crews responding to rescue the wounded and retrieve the bodies of the dead reportedly came under fire as well.
The media office said targeted personnel were “performing purely humanitarian tasks,” including securing two trucks carrying essential medicines and medical supplies destined for hospitals in affected areas.
“It’s a complete crime and reveals the true intentions of the Israeli occupation to disrupt the flow of humanitarian and medical aid and create a state of chaos and anarchy.”
The media office added that such attacks are further proof of the Israeli army’s role in enabling the looting of humanitarian aid and essential supplies, stating it aims “to ensure they do not reach their beneficiaries by targeting those who organise and ensure their safe passage”.
The gangs are aided by Israel
Israel is aiding criminal gangs in Rafah, some of who are affiliated with the Islamic State (IS), to loot humanitarian aid under military protection, sources in Gaza, including civil society leaders, police officials, and a UN official, have told The New Arab.
While refusing to intervene against these armed criminals, Israeli forces are opening fire against local policemen attempting to prevent the looting.
Israel has not presented specific evidence for its claim that Hamas is diverting U.N. aid, and its recent targeted killings of Gaza police commanders safeguarding truck convoys have made it “virtually impossible” to distribute the goods safely, a top U.S. envoy said in rare public criticism of Israel.
U.S. envoy says Israel has not shown evidence that Hamas is diverting UN aid in Gaza
It looks like he’s the founder of BashSquare from his profiles, I found his website. https://ahmedbashbash.github.io/ Looks like it has contact information, you could possibly ask clarifying questions if you wanted to.
I’m pretty certain it’s not some kind of Israeli honeypot or something like that. They’ve also done a few donation drives in the past.
The barcodes themselves provide the information for the business the product is from, at least most of them. There is also community input, where people can request a product be added if it is on the boycott list but they find the barcode not identifying it. They are also working on community additions to alternative products to boycotted ones, that should roll out in a future update
I know grapheneos does sandboxing which is really nice. You can also further isolate by setting up a new profile or using the private space, depending on what your threat level is. I just have it on my regular profile myself
Have you looked into DrinkMate?
https://boycott-israel.org/ looks to have a search option, otherwise there is the BDS website https://bdsmovement.net/Act-Now-Against-These-Companies-Profiting-From-Genocide
The ads are not present in the app unless you voluntarily watch one in the Support tab by clicking ‘Watch Ad’
I don’t know anything about BashSquare, but the developer is Ahmed Bashbash, a Palestinian software engineer from Gaza residing in Hungary.
Here’s the About page:
As far as what’s on the boycott list, it follows the official boycott list from my knowledge and gives an explanation on why a brand is boycotted
It works without camera access if you have no need to scan barcodes, it does need network to access the boycott list information. It doesn’t need notification or sensor access to work. At least on grapheneos
Adi Callai does a great job explaining the PA and counter insurgency here in his video about The Gaza Ghetto Uprising, but the entire video and many others on his channel are well worth the watch
I also have a bunch of quoted articles about how the PA works under Israel to crack down on resistance in this comment
Reading Franz Fanon, Adi Callai has a video on him as well, really opened my understanding about the violence of resistance groups. Not that it justifies or trivializes those actions against civilians, that is of course unacceptable, but Fanon gives the context of the oppressed that me and many westerners cannot comprehend. Context about the unrelenting violence of the oppressors, of being against a far militarily superior force set on supremacy, of how armed struggle evolves as the oppression expands in scope and cruelty.
Israel props up Hamas because it knows it can get away with the terrorist framing to justify it’s escalation of ethnic cleansing and apartheid to western powers. Israel regularly assassinates and imprisons more moderate leadership so that fundamentalist groups gain more prominence. This is the way Israel likes to justifies it’s blockade, mowing the lawn, and divide Gaza/West Bank. If you think Hamas is being played by Israel, sure. But it’s not like they have any option other than armed resistance. I can critisize their methods all I want, but at the end of the day, I’m not the one living in Gaza, I have no clue what it’s really like living in those hellish conditions, I don’t really know what I’d be willing to do to try to break free from the Zionist entity that has routinely bombed, imprisoned, tortured loved ones for generations in the largest open air prison on earth.
Hamas is a genuine resistance against Zionism, to say it’s a fig-leaf of resistance implies that it is not a genuine opposition but just a front. There is plenty to criticize, but they are a genuine opposition. They have already agreed to give up governance, as long as a unified Palestinian leadership can take place (they’ve advocated for this as part of the peace deal since Oct 8th) and Hamas changes to a regular army under that leadership.
The PA is a fig-leaf of resistance because they directly work under Israel to violently suppress resistance against the settler colonialism and apartheid in the West Bank. The PA is Counter Insurgency (COIN) wielded by Israel to prolong the Apartheid and continue to delay any semblance of statehood. The PA is viewed by Palestinians nearly just as negatively as Israel because of that. They assist Israel’s expansion and crack down on resistance. It’s another arm of Israel’s Apartheid apparatus
This is the best solution.
Zionism is a fascist ideology. There is nothing to gain from hosting in a country where people feel compelled to suppress opposition to and liberation against that fascist ideology out of fear of incarceration and police brutality

It’s an L for Iran in respect to killed military commanders and civilian toll, but an ever greater L to Israel because they not only failed the goal of regime change (if anything, made it more difficult by bombing Iranian civilians) but also experienced a breakdown in their defense capabilities and got bombarded for 12 days, breaking the facade that Israel is unable to experience repercussions for their violent aggressions
