  • I’ve used dry herb vapes for over a decade at this point.

I first used a GPen but then realized it was overpriced for what it did and so many others do so much better. The G Pens are all about branding.

There’s a cult online that will try and tell you Dynavap or nothing at all. I own a Dynavap and it’s full of shit. It’s the dry herb vape equivalent of microbrews. Niche, more awkward, but can be a much more unique experience. If you like constantly refilling a blow torch to heat your weed up, this one’s for you.

If you want a good dry herb vaporizer, anything by Arizer is great, anything by Storz & Bickel is great (but expensive).

  • I don’t like being used or taken advantage of. Simple as. When you have a Microsoft product, you are used by Microsoft. You PAY them for their operating system and then they SPY on your computer interactions. You buy their product and then you become their product as they make money off of tailoring ads to you based on where your mouse moves, what you click on, the contents of the files that you upload to OneDrive (that they then use to train Copilot with).

Linux is a tool. It helps me interface with the computer. It doesn’t have an agenda behind it that involves exploiting me for money. Linux is built on the assumption that humans are humans and not wealth extraction batteries.

Happy birthday!!! My favourite weed memory is the first time I got properly high alone. I put on Broken Social Scenes ambient “Feel Good Lost” album and the sound engulfed my apartment. I sat down on the crappy carpet floor and just felt the music go through me.

    What a wonderful feeling :)

My second favourite weed memory is taking an edible and skating on the Rideau canal at 2am when the massive Zamboni drove on to resurface the ice. We walked through the rich neighborhoods of downtown Ottawa and then skated back.

  • They’re doing that themselves. An E5 M365 license gave you a home page where you could access web versions of all the office apps (word, PowerPoint, excel). All the things an office worker would need.

Now the home page is copilot. All the sidebar buttons are copilot agents.

It’s only when you scroll down all the way and click the tiny “all apps” button at the bottom do you find a place where all the office apps are.

I’ve never seen such stupidity and bad design in such a huge product.

True absolute morons are at the helm.
