The whole argumentation fails apart if you ask yourself a simple question, is the meme transformative to the art that it is using. As you already stated, “in a way the creator never foresaw” highly implies a transformative nature.
But isn’t ai art transformative? Oh it might be. But well, the company making the ai, stole art to create the model. There is no transformative step between the art piece and the version of the art piece that they use to train the ai. It is stolen art but not because the model steals, but because the model is built on stolen art. Everything that an ai model can produce is based in stolen art. So any similarities are not a little reference to some other art piece but stolen art. As the whole model is based on similarities, it produces exclusively content that has similarities to that stolen art. And if everything is a reference to stolen art, the ai art become effectively stolen art.
But what about people and their faces? Yeah i don’t think you should use/make those memes, unless the people are public figures. But not because it is stolen art, as the memes tend to be transformative, but because everyone has a right to privacy.

You should probably think about why that question matters for you. it is important for you to process whatever you need to. For example, it might be the case that separating your friends actions and intentions from your experience is helpful to you. It might be reasonable to say he didn’t intend to and the actions weren’t but your experience was. We experience what we believe and not “reality” and so if you believed it do be sa then you experience what you experienced. I don’t know what you actually experienced, so please don’t just take this. think about why you care and if you have the answer.

In a democracy, it is important that the election process is understandable and verifiable by a layman. But how many people actually go to verify their elections? Barely anyone, so how and why should you trust the election??? Omg, the end is coming!!! Back in reality, enough people verify the elections and the fact that anyone can check creates the threat of detection. That makes elections generally safe.
Now with open source, a layman can’t understand it or verify it, but they don’t need to. They have to use software that seems to be heavily controlled by non laymans. Compared to closed source software, this is a huge improvement.

I agree and disagree.
I believe he doesn’t actually care for anything but himself. He is racist and classist and what else. But I don’t think it dictates his politics as much as you might would assume. He wants power and through his own racism, he released that “vague” racism works, but mostly the creation of the “others”.
But I think his activities are deeply based in traditional republican values. That is why project 2025 exists. Republican think Tanks created it. You could argue that those aren’t republican values but e.g. they pushed for a horrible school system for decades. Trump doesn’t actually care about it, but he follows the plan because it aligns with government deregulation which he likes.
Try to so something somewhat special. Maybe somewhere quiet, then you can listen to her more easily, right?

I have 2 of the same teacher. She was an elderly history teacher and I wished I could say a good one.
She wants to watch a Columbus movie after the exams. We were pretty hyped because watching movies is chill. The movie starts and something graphical happened, she immediately skipped a couple minutes. If you have any understanding of the history of Columbus, you can see how this ends… The next graphical scenes come and go in a quick skip. At one point, Columbus was in America, Columbus did Columbus things and she skipped so far forward that he was back in Spain. And in the end, we “watched” a 2 hrs movie in 30/40 minutes. She asked how we finished the movie so quickly. I know what happened in the movie because I know history but I don’t know the movie at all.
It is summer. No Aircon. Big glass windows. In lunch break, people leave to buy 1,5 liter bottles of water for insanely cheap. Everyone! Has! These! Bottles! Everyone is drinking their water in the lunch break. Class starts. Everyone is paying attention and is working. Someone asks “hey, could I go to the toilet, please?”. Teacher allows them. Everyone else is reminded that toilets exist and how much water they have drunk. A bunch of people ask one by one if they could go to the toilet and the teacher allows it one by one. At some point, literally everyone who had to visit the toilet but 1 person went to the toilet, and she exclaims “stop asking! Just go when no one is already on the toilet!”. The student gets up immediately and walks to the door and before they had the chance of opening the door. She screams “what are you doing?!!??” They respond “I want to go to the toilet.” And she screams “don’t you know that you have to ask!???”. We were very confused.
I am seriously concerned that in your mind, without payment she would have to ask for permission.
In my personal situation, my gf is staying with me regularly for a while (LDR atm). When she stays here she doesn’t have to pay for anything. (She wants to pay for some food) The only thing, I have requested in that situation, is that she tells me when she brings a friend to our place and that preferably I would like to know the friend before they appear in my private space. In other words, I just don’t want to open the door and see an unexpected stranger sitting on my couch. Please note, I asked her to respect that. I asked.
How does something afterwards change the meaning of this in a good way?
Why fight for justice? E.g. the bible says god will judge and that i shouldn’t. So if I just don’t care about anything here but about god, I might have a bad time now but eternal happiness later. How meaningless is now this here? Everything is transactional. The love that you gave is for the sake of getting some much much more valuable later.
Why do people find happiness even in the worst situations? Because it is the only way to deal with it. We are made for survival and survival requires the willingness to survive. It doesn’t matter if you are the strongest fighter, if you don’t even want to fight back. Your desires come from survival needs.
And a little extra bit, there might not be a point in living. It might be meaning less. But I personally want to be happy. I just do. So everyday I work towards being happy. As I personally love my family and friends, I wish them to be happy. I just do. As my friends have family and friends, and their happiness is somewhat linked to their family and friends happiness, I want all of them to be happy too. And so on. As I can relate to the joy of being proud of oneself, I want them to feel that joy. And so on. None of this is objectively meaningful, I just like it that way. And I might be an asshole but I don’t care if you agree with me, I want you feeling happy and fulfilled. Deal with it.
If anything, your position is in opposition to nihilism.
There are different kinds of nihilism. Your position is in contradiction with the “purest” form. The absence of an objective value in anything and everything. Your position clearly values personal consent.
There are other kind of nihilism, like political nihilism, might not be in conflict with your position. On the other hand, existential nihilism, the belief that there is no inherent meaning/value in life, might seem to align with your position but I think it is difficult to argue in favor of consent, even to being alive, while believing that life is inherently meaningless. I mean, why does the consent of a meaningless being matter to anyone? Of course, you could take an adsurdism position to it but then I would argue that calling you nihilistic would be a mischaracterization.
