I watched this the other day and it’s pretty good. But I’m not sure what the point of having Fred Armisen dub the show clips was. All the interviews are in Japanese with subtitles, as they should be. Why didn’t they just subtitle the show? Baffling.
I believe the OP was asking why the cop isn’t worried about spraying themselves in the face. Pepper spray has a habit of getting everywhere.
This is fairly recent bird lore. Like late 80s to 90s. It takes a while for schools to catch up so I missed it as well.
