Elephants!!! They have a beautiful family structure that looks out for one another. They grieve for their dead. Genuinely able to feel and relay emotions through actions and vocal intonations. Their trunk is such a neat and unique appendage. Generally are gentle giants as long as they aren’t being threatened.
Small steps, lists, and prioritization.
Do at least one small thing a day. Don’t try to do too much all at once or you will get burned out.
Haven’t seen a few of those. Thanks for the suggestion. Will add them to my to my list. :)

This is the way. Used this website to help choose my last 2 mattresses and it was pretty spot on. I also recommend this site to anyone I talk to who are looking for a good comparison on mattresses prior to purchasing.

Not sure if this is taught in school anymore, but I found the outline process of note-taking to be helpful in both lectures and reading material.

I feel a part of it is similar to anger of the natural process of grieving. Many of us spent years contributing to the platform and enjoyed just spending time with other like-minded members of subreddits. I personally loved reading the chains of comments. Reddit was a great source of pleasure; a place for sharing humor, frustrations, and other random cool things. Much of what made it enjoyable, including he third party apps, was taken away in a fashion that felt like the user base was betrayed, hence the utter vehement expression of some former users. It will pass in time.
Fear of losing my teeth. Spent about 5 years with dental braces, teeth pulled (permanent and baby to make room), and oral surgery to have a tooth exposed to pull down slowly in place over time. I have some fucked up dreams, but nothing disturbs me more than one where my teeth are breaking, cracking, loose, or falling out. Maybe it is a bit of dental PTSD.
