I personally landed on mint in its cinnamon flavor. It loosk great, is customizable l, click of a button to get nvidia card working and works just the way I want

If you are unaware gaining on Linux for most games super easy these days nice and quick for handling getting windows put of your life

For sheets and docs I don’t do a lot of collab work so I just use libre office but their are open source alternatives you can host for colabrotive work
