How about the dryer door, does it open to the middle of the two or to the side?
How about the dryer door, does it open to the middle of the two or to the side?
How do the doors open? Every front load set I’ve seen comes from the factory with the doors set up to open to opposite sides, making washer left and dryer right by design. You can usually flip the dryer door for stacking but if you had them reversed they’d be right in the way, dividing both sides.
Curious what you find out. I can’t say I’ve had an issue direct playing anything on any device really. What you describe sounds exactly like seeking while transcoding though, that’s a pain in the ass and I just don’t do it. Direct play all the way.
Saying “orientated” rather than “oriented”. There’s no need for that extra “ta” in the middle, it’s a useless syllable.
Can’t say I’ve experienced this myself. Are you transcoding? That’s the only time I have some issues with rewinding. Figure out why you’re not direct playing. There’s no buffering or issues with seeking if you’re direct playing. Jellyfin won’t really help in this circumstance.
It shouldn’t be buffering at all if you’re direct playing.
Because without a larger pool of karma to detract from, it doesn’t matter HOW unpopular any singular post is.
Voting is there to sort posts and comments, not to rate a user. Having a larger pool of karma serves no purpose.
Heat is the killer for car batteries too; much to my surprise, I had to buy far more in south Texas than upstate New York. Cold makes batteries less capable, but heat accelerates degradation dramatically.
Not an active case, but it has been detected in recent times.
I downloaded new drivers today without an account, but there’s dark pattern bullshit trying to get you to install GeForce Experience. I didn’t need to sign in to download drivers though.
I found out about them during the Napster/Kazaa era looking for 311 songs and their song “311 sucks” came up. I thought it was funny, then again, I was an edgy teenager at that time.
I suspected this was an Anal Cunt track by the title and looking it up proved my suspicions correct.
Any of the big compound medical words are fun to say and construct IMO. Adrenocorticotropic, deoxyribonucleic, those kinda words. They seem big and scary but they’re quite descriptive and once you know the “formula” behind them it’s not too bad. Maybe not the most fun words but I feel good every time I can use one and deploy it like it’s no big deal (ie my mouth doesn’t fuck it up). It’s like executing a big combo with your mouth.
I love the Metro series; I played 2033 near its release, beaten Exodus three times (once at release and 2x after release of the Enhanced edition) and just recently beat Last Light Redux. I should probably play 2033 Redux now.
Closely related, I’m very excited for STALKER 2; Shadow of Chernobyl was my first love back in 2008 and I’ve played all three of those a bunch of times.
Good rant, thanks for sharing. I felt it was massively over hyped to me also considering the games you mentioned came out well before and had better storytelling, gameplay, and graphics. It was solidly mediocre to me. I did play it through to completion though, maybe a bit of rage-completion there.
You can’t filter out ions of calcium like that. A huge reverse osmosis system for the entire home would be prohibitively expensive. I used to live in an area with very hard water and everyone had water softeners. You only need to buy the salt every few months and it’s not too bad. RO filters were only connected to a tap on the side of the sink in the kitchen - those membranes aren’t cheap.
You can’t avoid using WP mortars on the civilians.
I don’t feel Spec Ops: The Line aged well at all. I had it on my to-play list for years and finally got around to playing it. I was rather disappointed in what I experienced. The gunplay and cover system is middling at best, and the story wasn’t anything like the hype led me to believe. Graphics are also way behind its contemporaries. It may have been groundbreaking when it came out in a very pro-war, pro-military time, but it wasn’t anything special by the time I played it 2023. I finished the game wondering what people felt was so special about it. The lack of decision making removed impact from what my character was doing, namely the infamous white phosphorus part. You can’t advance the game without performing the worst possible action, which is the only thing to do at that point in the level. Lame.
Music was good but overall I felt it was a 6/10 game. I think watching YouTube commentaries on the game is much more enjoyable than actually playing it.
Cable management inside my PC case vs cable management behind my desk. The former is close to immaculate, the latter is no fucks given.
Direct play should take very little CPU regardless of media quality, I can have multiple 4K streams going and my utilization is <10% on a Cameron J3455 (4c/4t Apollo Lake). When you’re direct playing it’s more a factor of HDD/network speed and the client than anything server side.
Is it just that one file?
