there are so many ways to approach this but i like to see it as decency being reduced to a mask people wear- their true selves come out every now and then. you can subsequently ask what are the conditions for these outbursts? general malaise, exhaustion, pressure, and all the myriad things our moods are vulnerable to.
“and feel offended if I want to concentrate on my duties instead of talking to them” this sounds like projection to me and its hard for me to shake that assessment… keeping to yourself is generally navigable and most people understand and accept others’ social orientation. are you maybe informed by a singular moment that you’re dwelling on? as for being ‘on the spectrum’ that means vastly different things from one point to the next and if it doesn’t complicate the advice people are willing to give to you, it could be a crutch you’re imbuing with more dependence than is necessary.
very simply, i would continue seeking dialogue because we benefit from multiple points of view. if you can’t always find fruitful dialogue, analyze your beliefs and attempt to find patterns and underlying explanations that might come out of your personal experience- and steelman your opponents by assuming they have subjective realities that led them to theirs.
