But they are not social creatures, so if they were, even when they died someone in the social group could still teach the youngs
I recently asked a friend of mine something similar and i will add it here for the sake of discussion.
We need to fulfill our basic needs in order to be happy and content with life. There are 3 basic/main categories:
1: bodily needs: better diet, exercise etc.
2: mental needs: intellectual conversation/pondering, reading/writing a book, even playing some video games etc.
3: spiritual needs: religion/hope for a better time and better place
I would also add one more,
4: social needs: spending time with friends and family, doing something for the community, relationships and dating etc.
Since my friend and I are religious, 3 makes sense on its own. But you might need to think about what it means to you. Imo the most important part is having hope.
Personally for me, its 1 and 4 that i struggle the most with. And in the end, its okay to be wrong and try different things and formulas to find what works best for you.
Don’t be afraid to make mistakes! You live and you learn!
At birth there are usually more males than females. Around adulthood age they are roughly equal, and around our death there are way more females than males.
Another one, kinda romantic as well. Most life long couples, when one of them dies due to old age, the other one follows soon. Despite women having a longer life span than men.
Another interesting one, most relationships end within 7 years. Once the 7 year period has passed, the likelihood of that relationship lasting till death increases significantly. It’s called 7 year ick.
So you know how you have dna? Well dna converts into amino acids and long chains of amino acids are called proteins. Proteins are the real workers in our body.
But you might think, if you knew the dna sequence, you know it all, correct? Not really. You see, dna is only 1 dimensional data. A lot of the information about the functions of a protein comes from its structure.
So really, if you have a correct dna converted into amino acid chain (a protein), it still needs to be in the correct shape or folding in order for it to function.
Prions are incorrect foldings of amino acid which obviously do not work. But whats more is that, when these folded structures come in contact with other functioning proteins, they can turn them into incorrect folding as well.
Since these proteins are still your own (ie they still came from your dna) the immune system doesn’t quite work on them like it would on a foreign substance like bacteria or virus.
You know what would be good place to archive and show the coming generations how corpos were deaf to the GAZA’s plight? Internet Fucking Archive
I just get the feel that they either are lazy for mentioning gaza or malicious to muddy the reputation of the protesters.
Yesterday i was listening to someone on yt that there was a leaked document that seems to indicate Saudi’s have been involved in this conflict for a while now. I think the guest who was talking about this was “sami hamdi”.
This just gives more credibility to that document.
That’s good marketing. OpenAI recently went for profit on steroids. They are increasing chatgpt plus price, they backed out of providing free credits to startups, they also made it so Sam Altman would have full control over the company (basically non-profit board is no longer involved).
Not to mention sama first made outrageous claims about how he needs a crazy amount of energy for AI training and now that MS and other governments are starting to fulfill those requirements, he is changing the goal post to even more outrageous claims. Like literally he said if the world does not do this, there will be wars fought over AI in the future and only rich people will have access to AI.
Noobie question, wouldn’t the ISP decide what your outgoing IPv6 address is? Like they do with IPv4? I mean no matter how many times I restart my router, my public IP remains the same so I always thought it was assigned by them.

Does p2p over i2p require port forwarding? I have a cheap vpn (surfshark) that does not have port forwarding and i am almost never able to seed over it. Will seeding over i2p require port forwarding?
Maybe i2p?
Mooooneeeyyyy
I work as an AI engineer, let me tell you, the tech is awesome and has a looooot of potential but its not ready yet. Because of high potential literally no one wants to miss the opportunity of getting rich quick with it. Its only been like 2-3 years when this tech was released to the public, if only openai had released it as open-source, just like everyone before them, we wouldn’t be here. But they wanted to make money and now everyone else wants to too.
It has a lot of black magic and jinns in it, which are quite consistent with islamic mythology. The horror hits you differently if you have heard stories about it in your childhood.
I mean for me, i can shrug off almost anything with “yeah right” but when it comes to islamic mythology, i kinda believe in it so it’s more scary.
Don’t do it don! We still are recovering from covid. Whatever zombie virus you are planning to release, just think about it okay?
DON’T RELEASE IT!
If you are a muslim then dabbe 3. It is the most terrifying movie i have ever seen.
France is an oppressive country. Racism is so high there, especially against muslims which is indicative of their ideology and lack of respect for the individual’s right.
What are you talking about bro? What do you think the date center will do if vpn company doesn’t keep logs?
By design vpn encrypts the the traffic between you and vpn provider that means its the ip of the vpn that talks to data center. For all intents and purposes it is the vpn company talking to data center. Even if data center is malicious and decides to take action it will take this action against vpn provider which will not link back to you.
Whichever in my vpn is connected?
No it’s not. Both the trolley problem and the prisoners dilemma are individual event thought experiments.
Real life is different, it is continuous. The rational choice for an individual event can be very different than a continuous one.
Take the prisoner’s dilemma (or game theory) for instance, it is the rational decision (nash equilibrium) to rat your fellow prisoner out but if you have to do it again and again, then the best strategy is to NOT rat out your fellow prisoner (only rat when they ratted you out in the last round).
Reality is often like this, and elections are also like this. It gets complicated real fast.
