I have a computer with two Pentium 3 processors (2x1.4GHz) and 4gigs of RAM that would be technically capable of running it, albeit a bit slowly.

I’m a big cinema fanboy, so up until last year I went to the cinema every week. It was 14km away from me, so I had to cycle on my bike a lot. That was really healthy!

But now I’ve moved into a new apartment right next to the cinema and I’ve grown quite large. I’m still figuring it out being a lazy bastard now.

I found the story intriguing, but the time loop is way too short. Every time it gets interesting, the world resets, you have to get back into the rocketship and fly back to the place you’ve been before. It’s an absolutely unneccessary padding mechanic.

Undertale. I tried playing it a few weeks ago, but the controls are clunky and the story isn’t really entertaining. It was just boring and annoying.

Group work is really nice when you’re working with intelligent, competent and reliable people. I have worked in amazing groups before and sometimes, I really miss it.

But I absolutely hate when I am forced to work on a project with unmotivated colleagues that do their bare minimum and use ChatGPT for everything. In my last job I was often fixing or doing their work, increasing my own workload.

At the moment, I am working alone and remote. I’m getting loads of shit done and I can finally breathe. Sometimes I wish I had at least one competent colleague again, though. But times are tough and good employees cost money…

I agree, the forced auto-translation is really annoying. There’s a browser extension called “YouTube No Translation” that fetches the original titles and descriptions from the YouTube API and replaces them.

It’s ridiculous, I already need three extensions to make YouTube useable again. YouTube Row Fixer, YouTube No Translation and YouTube Enhancer. And it’s still garbage in some places.

That dialer change was evil. I have switched to Fossify Phone now and use that as a dialer. The Fossify apps are amazing, they also have a gallery and messages app, so Google’s proprietary BS isn’t neccessary.

My post literally says so :D It’s still a dickhead move to put the assistant in there as the default when setting up the device and hiding the option under “Gestures”.

If its the same as Samsung, holding power + volume down should bring up the power menu.

On my NP1, it’s Power and Volume Up. So much for consistent behaviour between different Android devices…

Yes, the Nothing Phone 1. I reset it, because I switched to a Unihertz Titan 2 now and only use it as a USB webcam. :)

I’m from Germany and I get recommendations for all kinds of German police forces (for each major city). Added to that, I often get channels for microwave recipes or random channels underage teenagers have created.

Nothing already lost me when they put a tiny, useless OLED screen on the back of their flagship and called it innovation. They had something really great with the Glyph lights for two generations, so of course they ditched that technology completely.

Not even Unihertz put Facebook garbage on their new Titan 2phone. And they also have an OLED on the back. A much bigger one. For a fraction of the price.

Sure, it’s still useable. But the redesign a few years ago made it harder to use and I’m still mad about them removing their forums. Who dares to talk about movies and TV shows on a platform meant for that.
