It was brave of her to pursue this case. She’s going to take a lot of heat over it, and will become (even more of) a target for violence. Kudos to her for that.

On your #1, i feel like that train has kind of sailed already.

#2 is not obvious. You could definitely argue that desantis would win the gop primary. But it’s no mean feat to unseat an incumbent president.
