  • It will never not be funny that these people care so much about fake internet points, and think other people care about those internet points enough to ??? follow them around and downvote them?? Downvote lots of comments at once?? In a way that is somehow different from normal browsing behavior??

Like they’re not even tallied here like they are in the bad place, I genuinely don’t get it. Please drop the word bRiGaDiNg from your lexicon, I promise that absolutely nothing will change except you’ll be slightly less online and much better off for it. Sometimes you will get downvoted, and that’s okay. The world is not out to get you, even if it has a scary .ml next to its name and practices obscure forms of witchcraft like dialectical materialism.

  • Aliexpress will usually display the lowest price out of all the options under a listing. It’ll show the wrong picture for it though. So, say you’re searching for a 32oz pitcher and there’s a listing with options that go from 64oz down to 8oz. It’ll display the picture for the one you’re searching for but since the price for the smaller one is lower, it’ll show you that price to get you to click. Or if you’re looking for a mop with a bucket but the listing also has replacement pads under it for the mop, you can get the picture of the mop with the price for the pads. The prices for the individual options stays firm though (within reason, let’s say a single day of browsing).

  • Sharpies are made with alcohol-based ink, and alcohol happens to be the perfect solvent for cleaning up dried acrylic paints. So what’s really happening is the tip is getting gunked up with re-wetted paint.

I’d bet you could give the tips of those sharpies a brief soak in some isopropyl alcohol, and/or a firm wipe with a wash cloth or paper towel soaked in the isopropyl, and they could be somewhat recovered (assuming they have plenty of ink in the tank)

That being said, I still would not recommend this practice. Better off with a paint based marker or something.
