None, I have a Vizio that shipped with non shitty firmware, only to be upgraded over time to shitty firmware.
Those are some big ass stones if a bulldozer could only move one at a time.
Ditch ghostery and replace with privacy badger.
Because if it’s just local, you can configure the static IP directly on the server/VM/whatever and bypass the router’s DHCP entirely. Just make sure to assign it an IP that’s outside of the range the router will assign and you’ll be golden.

Install Firefox nightly, ublock, set to open links in private. It will eat any ad, redirect, etc I’ve ever come across.
