Out of all of them Iceraven has been my favorite simply because of its support for desktop extensions.
You can use more extensions on other ones as well:
Works on Firefox Beta, Firefox Nightly, Fennec and Mull.
And lemmy.cafe’s user count seems like it is probably just filled with bots since there’s barely any activity compared to it.
It’s a different colour, so it’s just what that user has set as their display name.
