In the US our census counts residents, not citizens. While undocumented immigrants are historically under counted, this still seems to be based on the assumption that most countries don’t include undocumented immigrants in population counts which is a flawed assumption.

I am not antisemitic, and I do not believe criticism of Israel is equivalent to antisemitism. Being open, I was devastated when I heard about the October 7th attacks, both thinking of the Israeli victims and how the Israeli government would use it to justify what they are doing now.

That said, I will treat blatant antisemitism as I would any other flavor of racism. That includes antisemitic conspiracy theories. There was a lot of that kind of mess in the backlog.

If you had any idea the real problems that open source maintainers are dealing with around AI slop right now you might have had the sense to not get on your soapbox about the wrong issue.
