From a similar issue for a different app it seems to be a glib issue, requiring glib 2.8+ when Debian12 is shipped with 2.74.6-2+deb12u5.

I did run the app image in terminal and got an error about missing something, and the app image comes with everything bundled right? Might be an issue on my end I suppose.
I’ll redo it and paste the error message tomorrow.

I totally agree with your approach to choices. I don’t have the time nor insight into politics to make educated decisions so I just flip a coin every fourth year and is done with it. Yet people berate me for my ignorance?!
Things are so bad (and the future is even worse) so I’ve just stopped caring. Feels better than before, so that’s an improvement!
Did you know that the ban reason is written by the moderator and they could write whatever they want - Including subjective views on the situation or even lies?
I don’t think the modlog is supposed to protect the moderators from the bad users but rather users from bad moderators.
