Is polygraph test reliable ? Doesn’t it fall under pseudoscience ?

Noble peace prize has lost it’s charm long back. I feel it should be discontinued. Barack Obama got noble peace prize and then went on to bomb countries. There are so many people in this world who have done good deeds but are not recognised.
