Go pick it up yourself?
Too difficult for some. In the Adelaide subreddit recently there was someone complaining that their breakfast delivery from a place literally across the road was slowed down by a once-a-year fun run that had blocked off that same road for the 16,000 runners.
How is paying 30% more for food acceptable during all this inflation?
People will do anything before trying to cook
themselvesfor themselves…Once you’re in the microwave, it’s too difficult to reach the buttons.
Schrödinger’s cooking dilemma.
Able to keep food warm for up to three hours, they are widespread in China and have been installed in 36 buildings in Melbourne so far.
It’s like a PO Box, but for food I guess.
I assume this means there is some sort of locking code?

Literally if I’m not home, I’ll just pick up food on the way home myself.
All I want is post and the occasional food delivery person to actually knock or ring and pause a moment for me to get to the door.
You should realise that the pay is too low for them to be able to spend any time waiting.
I get it, but Australia Post job is to first and foremost get a package into my hands.
At no point are they a “sorry we missed you” card delivery service. Especially when im home sitting by the front door waiting and they dont even knock.
I get there is pay and quota issues. But they need to be fixed in favour of the above.
