Iran: Tanks very old, probably want to keep them anyways. China: Lots of relatively modern tanks, doesn’t want to take a side (tries to stay “neutral”). Belarus: One tank depot from soviet times, roughly 400 tanks, probably want to keep them (due to borders with NATO). Kazakhstan: One tank depot from soviet times, roughly 700 tanks, probably want to keep them (due to tensions with Ruzzia, who’d have thought). Any other country with surplus tanks is NATO or NATO affiliated.
