I now have a giant pot of stew on the stove. 2.5kg of meat, there will be many serves to go in the freezer. One nice thing about doing such a large batch, it makes it worth the effort of using the food processor to dice the vegetables.
I have also organised breakfast and lunch for the next two days at work (salad & ham/lamb rolls for lunches, bacon, egg & cheese muffins for breakfasts)
I am currently contemplating making a cake. There is a risk if i do that I could eat the whole thing.

I love my food processor for chopping in batch cooking.
Discovering I could get a dicing attachment was a game changer. Being able to chop everything into perfect evenly sized cubes is fabulous.
