I get what you’re saying, they do have effective immunity because the system is compromised, but they do not have legal immunity and are healing the law. If we course correct (we can’t, but maybe a fuckin miracle will happen) they’ll all be able to prosecuted under existing laws by judges and prosecutors that fulfill their oaths. It’s an ultimately meaningless distinction unless we course correct, but it’s worth pointing out for the sake of factual accuracy.
