Ban appeal process is a joke, it’s a private site there’s no standard of evidence required. They don’t overturn bans.
I got mine overturned. All it took was sending appeals every day for a week straight.
I ended up coming here less than a month later anyway, so it wasn’t really worth it.
You could try. It’s unlikely to work and a questionable use of time but it’s your time to spend as you see fit.

Are there any other methods? Should I just stop using Reddit for posting and stick to Lemmy?
Spend some time here, clean your cookies, after a couple of month, the ban evasion filter shouldn’t trigger anymore.

Yes you should stop using reddit. There are far too many Nazis and pedophiles and pedophile Nazis. And that’s just the administration.
I can completely understand wanting to use reddit again (hope you stick with us too, if you do) but you should know it’s super hard to get past any kind of permanent ban.
Did you use multiple reddit accounts or just one? the problem for me is that i got IP banned because they detected me logging in to a banned one on the same browser. It is borderline impossible for me to use reddit for commenting & posting again.
Stopping using Reddit sounds like a fantastic idea.
