Republicans have literally fought tooth and nail to be able to refuse service to anyone (in their case, LGBTQ people, disabled people, and black people) which absolutely can and should be used to the fullest extent against them.

For what it’s worth, I understood what you meant and am confused by their replies to you.
They certainly can, law enforcement isn’t a protected class. It might be bad for business, but nothing is stopping anyone from denying service to LEOs
