minus-squareSituationCake@aussie.zonelinkfedilinkarrow-up5·25 days agoTry some avocado on wholemeal toast. Good fats, carbs, and surprisingly avocado has lots of fibre in it so you get a good dose of that too. Follow up with a piece of fruit, because you don’t want scurvy either!

Try some avocado on wholemeal toast. Good fats, carbs, and surprisingly avocado has lots of fibre in it so you get a good dose of that too. Follow up with a piece of fruit, because you don’t want scurvy either!
