    Today's brunch

    Something a bit different today - Saltbush & mushroom stir-fry, with eggs, fresh salsa and chipolatas.

    The saltbush is growing really strongly and trying to take over the garden so I’m trying it in a few different things. It doesn’t have much taste beyond salty. Bits chopped up through a salad has worked well, cooked it is a lot like spinach but doesn’t cook down as much so I ended up with a much higher volume than I expected.
